When you are delinquent on your vehicle payments, the Lender will threaten to repossess your vehicle unless you work out an agreement with the Lender or become current with your payments. You should always contact your lender if you have difficulty making your monthly payments.
If you are currently delinquent on your payments and the lender is attempting to repossess your vehicle, I can file a bankruptcy for you to stop the lender from taking your vehicle.
NOTE: If your vehicle has been repossessed during the last 15 calendar days, the Lender must return the vehicle to you upon commencement of your bankruptcy; your delinquent payment will be addressed in your bankruptcy.
You may call me directly at 888-302-0069 for more detailed information regarding your vehicle payments during a bankruptcy.
